Verification of licensure may be done in one of three ways:

• You may subscribe to our group online verification system which you may read about here.

• You may order, and pay for, a verification of licensure through our online services here or you may submit a written request along with the $30 fee to us and we will provide written verification to another Board of Nursing, an employer, etc. 
   
• You may use the License Lookup application. This application will allow you to search by name or license number, however, it is NOT to be used for primary source verification.
