Mandatory Class FAQ - New regulations require any nurse licensed by examination on or after October 1, 2002 to attend 4 hours of Board-provided Continuing education for the first license renewal.

Retired Providers

ABNP 0070, USA Center for Continuing Education and Conferences Services is a retired provider and the Alabama Board of Nursing will not accept continuing education hours acquired after May 30, 2005.

ABNP 1239, Cross Roads Educational Resources, Inc. is a retired provider and the Alabama Board of Nursing will not accept continuing education hours acquired after March 15, 2006.

ABNP 0108, Medical Center Blount is a retired provider and the Alabama Board of Nursing will not accept continuing education hours acquired after April 13, 2005.

Health Topics 2000 contact hours no longer accepted by ABN.

Health Topics 2000 is a retired provider and the Alabama Board of Nursing will not accept continuing education hours acquired after November 17, 2002

MEDCEU (the online company) or its affiliates, i.e. American Medical Education, Inc. contact hours no longer accepted by ABN
