Alabama Board of Nursing
Mail Label Download

Our label download service provides options to select all nurses licensed in the state, or to narrow your selection based on License Type(s), County (any or all), or Major Clinical Area(s).

You may "play" with the selection options and get a record count before downloading the file(s).  Any files generated will remain in your download area for 3 - 5 days before being deleted by the system.

You will not be charged for generating a file.  You will only be charged when you DOWNLOAD the file.  You may download the same file (filename must match exactly) multiple times if necessary as long as it remains in your download area, however, if you re-generate a file and download it, you will be charged for the new file.

Each new file you download will cost $50 plus .06 per record.

Files contain only name and address information (they do not include license type, county, or major clinical information).  If you want RN's separated from LPN's, you will need to purchase one list of RN's, and one list of LPN's.  Or if you want the list separated by county, you will need to purchase a list for each county.  The same goes for the major clinical areas.

Files are downloaded as pipe "|" delimited text files, that are easily imported into your label printing programs.
