This may occur for 4 different reasons.
- The nurse may successfully complete all monitoring requirements with VDAP.
- The nurse is noncompliant with any aspect of the monitoring agreement
- The Board receives information which, after investigation, results in disciplinary action by the Board
- Any further violations of the Nurse Practice Act.
